Installation Guidelines
● Fixed Mounting
Mount the device securely inside the distribution cabinet to ensure stable and reliable positioning.
● Orientation
Generally installed vertically with the operating handle facing upward. Avoid inverted mounting unless explicitly allowed by the product specifications.
● Wiring Connections
Power supply cables: Attach to the circuit breaker's input terminals (labeled “L1”, “L2”, “L3”).
Load cables: Connect to the output terminals (labeled “T1”, “T2”, “T3”).
Grounding wire: If a grounding terminal is provided, ensure it is securely linked.
● Clearance Requirements
Leave adequate spacing from surrounding equipment to support proper heat dissipation and allow convenient maintenance. Refer to the product manual for specific clearance values.
● Safety Measures
Always de-energize the system before beginning installation to eliminate shock risk.

This packaging solution is specifically designed for NSX Molded Case Circuit Breakers rated 800A and above. Given their substantial weight, we employ an overall reinforced and thickened packaging method to provide exceptional protection against drops, compression, and shock.
Internal Packaging
Materials: High-density shock-absorbing foam, bubble film
Placement: The circuit breaker is fully surrounded with uniform padding on all sides, top, and bottom to securely immobilize the product and absorb impacts.
External Packaging
Container: Custom extra-thick, high-strength honeycomb box (wall thickness up to 1-2cm)
Sealing Method: Reinforced sealing tape or strapping is applied
Requirement: Ensures the box remains firmly sealed to prevent splitting or deformation during transit
Upgraded Packaging

Marking & Labeling
Content: Product model, quantity, gross/net weight, manufacturer information, and necessary handling labels (e.g., Fragile, This Side Up, Keep Dry, etc.)
