Working principle:

An air circuit breaker (ACB) automatically interrupts electrical current upon detecting an overload or short-circuit fault. Under normal conditions, its primary contacts stay closed to maintain uninterrupted current flow. In cases of prolonged overcurrent, heat causes the thermal element to deform, which activates the tripping mechanism. For sudden short circuits, a solenoid coil produces an instant magnetic pulse that triggers the same tripping action, rapidly forcing the main contacts apart. Once the contacts separate, a powerful electric arc forms between them and is quickly driven into the arc-extinguishing chamber. There, the arc is split, cooled, and suppressed, thereby safely isolating the circuit and protecting the system from damage. |

Copper bar: The facility acquires used units, dismantles them, and extracts the copper busbars and side plates for re-plating. Alternatively, the copper busbars may be fully replaced. The re-plated busbars deliver excellent electrical conductivity while providing improved resistance to oxidation and corrosion. |

Controller: A range of controllers is available for selection, including models 2.0, 2.0A, 2.0E, 5.0A, and 5.0E. Each unit undergoes inspection and testing. If any controller is found to be faulty, it will be replaced and retested to guarantee proper operation and full protective functionality.

Motor/Coil:
Upon inspection, if the motor or coil is determined to be faulty, it will be replaced by the factory.
Following replacement, the entire ACB undergoes comprehensive testing to confirm correct motor function and to validate proper opening and closing operations.
This process ensures complete operational reliability of both the motor and coil.
Motor selection is based on current rating:
- For currents below 2000A, use small motor (NT/N1 series)
- For currents above 2000A, use big motor (NW/H1 series)

1. Power-On Operational Test
Manually open and close the circuit breaker 3 to 5 times to verify smooth and reliable operation of the mechanism, ensuring there is no sticking or unusual noise. Conduct wiring verification tests to confirm the proper function of remote opening and closing operations.
2. Protection Function Verification
Test the following protection features:
- Overload protection (Long-time delay, L)
- Short-circuit protection (Instantaneous/Short-time delay, I)
- Earth fault protection (G)
3. Visual & Electrical Inspection
- Enclosure & Connections: Inspect the controller housing for damage and ensure all wiring terminals are tight and secure.
- Display & Indicators: Verify normal operation of the display screen (if equipped) and check the status of the power indicator.
- Power Supply Check: Measure the control power supply voltage to confirm it is within the specified range (typically 24V DC or 110/220V AC).
Renovation process:
1.Used Product Selection:
We select products with intact barcodes, recent manufacturing dates, fully functional opening/closing and energy storage mechanisms, and relatively intact appearance without damage.
2.Refurbishment Process:
First, completely disassemble the used products. Then, clean the insulation components, followed by electroplating the copper and iron parts. Next, thoroughly air-dry all components. After that, spray-paint and lubricate the insulation parts. Finally, proceed with reassembly, debugging, and packaging before shipping.
