1. Phased Commissioning and Functional Testing

Voltage Verification: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at each outlet. Confirm that the line voltage (e.g., 220V ±10%) and phase sequence (for three-phase outlets) are correct, and that the voltage between neutral and earth is near 0V.
Polarity Check: Use a socket tester to verify each outlet, confirming that the wiring follows the required polarity (e.g., "live on the right, neutral on the left, earth terminal at the top/bottom") is entirely correct.
