The electronic molded case circuit breaker utilizes an intelligent controller to replace the traditional thermal-magnetic trip unit.
The primary role of the intelligent controller in power supply and distribution systems is to detect and protect against faults such as overloads and short circuits in the circuit.
A current transformer is employed to detect the current signal in the main circuit, and the intelligent controller performs effective calculations and logic-based signal control.
When the intelligent controller detects a fault current, it commands the flux transfer device to trip the breaker within a specified time. |

Protection:
● Overload long-time delay operating current (Ir1) adjustment: Can be adjusted from 4 to 10 steps depending on the breaker's rated current.
● Long-time delay operating time (t1) adjustment: Can be adjusted in 4 steps.
● Short-circuit short-time delay operating current (Ir2) adjustment: Can be adjusted in 10 steps.
● Short-time delay operating time (t2) adjustment: Can be adjusted in 4 steps.
● Short-circuit instantaneous operating current (Ir3) adjustment: Can be adjusted in 8, 9, or 10 steps.
● Pre-alarm operating current (Ir0) adjustment: Can be adjusted in 7 steps.
