High quality materials: Made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant cold-rolled steel plates, stainless steel (such as 304/316, used in highly corrosive environments), or aluminum alloy die-casting parts.

1. Division and functional testing
Step by step power transmission: First, turn on the main switch, then turn on the branch switches one by one (such as leakage protectors and air switches), and observe for any abnormalities (such as sparks or tripping).
Voltage verification: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of each socket, confirm that the phase voltage (such as 220V ± 10%), phase sequence (if there are three-phase sockets) are normal, and the zero ground voltage is close to 0V.
Polarity test: Use a phase detector (voltage tester) to insert into each socket and confirm that the polarity of the wiring for "left zero, right fire, and grounding" is completely correct.
2. Protection function test
Leakage protection test: Pressing the "TEST" button on each leakage protector should immediately trip, proving the effectiveness of the leakage protection function.
Power on/off test: Operate each switch to confirm that it can control the power on/off of the corresponding socket normally.
3. Load testing and final inspection
Load operation: Connect actual loads (such as drills, light bulbs) or fake loads, run for a short period of time, and observe whether the sockets, switches, and lines have abnormal heating, noise, or voltage drop.
